Add New Group added to Right Click on the Active Layer Window.

Locked Layers
Items on Locked Layers can no longer be modified via Repeat Edit.
Paste
When pasting an entity into a drawing, if the items is on a layer that is not visible in the drawing, a prompt asking to turn on the visibility for that layer.
