  • SoftPlan+ subscribers, please use the support ticket system, from within a SoftPlan drawing, select Help > SoftPlan+ support ticket.
  • Check the FAQ section to resolve the issue.
  • For roof related questions, email the drawing along with a description of the problem to

  • Questions addressed to specific technicians may go unanswered if that technician is unavailable.

Policy for retired SoftPlan versions:

To provide SoftPlan customers with the best possible support services, it has become necessary to retire older versions of SoftPlan.

SoftPlan no longer provides support for SoftPlan 2020 and earlier versions.

As of January 1, 2025 SoftPlan will no longer provide support for SoftPlan version 2022 and earlier versions.
