I just wanted to say that I am extremely impressed with SoftPlan, not so much the software as the technical support. It is so refreshing to be able to email a question to support and have them answer it in a timely manner, and in a way that solves the issues I may have. I have NEVER had software support like this before. It is truly AMAZING! Thanks to you and the entire SoftPlan team!

Tips for using technical support:
- SoftPlan+ subscribers, please use the support ticket system, from within a SoftPlan drawing, select Help > SoftPlan+ support ticket.
- Check the FAQ section to resolve the issue.
- For roof related questions, email the drawing along with a description of the problem to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Please include only one question per email.
- Questions addressed to specific technicians may go unanswered if that technician is unavailable.
Policy for retired SoftPlan versions:
To provide SoftPlan customers with the best possible support services, it has become necessary to retire older versions of SoftPlan.
SoftPlan no longer provides support for SoftPlan 2016 and earlier versions.
As of January 1, 2022 SoftPlan will no longer provide support for SoftPlan 2018 and earlier versions.
